Sunday: 20 minute BLT pasta salad with Dreamfield’s pasta

Monday: Cheesy ranch slow-cooker chicken and egg noodles (Burritos for me)

Tuesday: One pot smoked sausage pasta

Wednesday: Ham and mashed potatoes

Thursday: Slow simmered spaghetti sauce with ground beef and sausage

Friday: Homemade calzones

Saturday: Slow Cooker BBQ chicken and potato salad

Sunday: Roast Chicken


Lunch options:

Cheese quesadilla

Egg salad

Burritos or tortilla chips with seasoned ground beef and salsa

Chicken salad

Chef’s salad with ham, turkey, cheddar and boiled eggs
