Fall can be a very busy season. Actually, most of us are pretty busy all year ’round. Why not make dinner time easier on yourself and make a nice chicken dinner in the slow cooker?
There are only a few simple steps to this savory meal.
Stir together 3 cans of Campbell’s cream of chicken soup and 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix.
Layer 3-5 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast on top, and use a spoon to scoop some of the soup mixture already in the slow cooker over the top of the chicken.
Cook on low for eight hours. Use two forks to shred chicken and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Feel free to add more if you like. Once cheese is melted and well incorporated, serve over steak fries or mashed potatoes.
The whole family enjoys this meal and I enjoy the easy prep and quick cleanup.
See you soon!
