Pink Penne

If you are craving an easy, cheesy pasta dish that your family will devour, have I got a treat for you, and it’s called pink penne.

I know you want to put this in your mouth, so let’s get right to it, shall we?

Cook up a pound of ground beef with a diced onion. Drain the beef mixture. Then stir in one can of Hunts sauce and one jar of the alfredo sauce of your choice.

Stir it all together until it turns pink.

Boil a box of penne pasta according to package directions and add to your sauce mix.

Pour half of the pasta mixture into a 13×9 pan. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and parmesan.

Then layer on the other half of the pasta mixture.

Spread that out evenly and sprinkle on more mozz and parm.

Bake it up at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so, til bubbly.

Oh. My. Goodness.

This is good stuff, people. Not dry, not bland. Delicious with a capital yum. I heated another can of sauce just for an extra dose of tomato flavor, but you could absolutely do without it.
