Some good basics this week:
Sunday: Cheeseburger pasta
Monday: Soft tacos and tortilla chips with homemade queso (a new recipe!)
Tuesday: Roast chicken with sausage stuffing (we’ll be dressing up a boxed stuffing mix!) and veggies
Wednesday: Homemade calzones with dough from scratch
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner- pancakes and bacon
Friday: Ham and mashed potatoes
Saturday: Chicken and rice crescent rolls

Christmas vacation is over and my kiddos are headed back to school tomorrow. If my old-lady back holds out, I’m planning to get a lot done this week. Come back and visit!
