Cinnamon Spice Pumpkin Truffles



Here’s a yummy fall recipe for you to try as you gear up for the Thanksgiving festivities! I pinned the recipe from the Recipe Critic and followed her alterations exactly. My only additional tip: Use the name brand gingersnaps. The store brands that I have tried in the past are NOT as good.


My truffles appear darker and thicker than hers, and although I can’t account for that, I sure don’t mind. These were a hit with the family. Let me know how yours turn out!
